I placed an order on Friday, and by Wednesday, the company reached out to apologize for delays, promising 'Priority Shipping'. However, the following Friday, they shipped my order using a cheap standard service that doesn’t deliver on Saturdays. Consequently, I am without my medical supplements for the entire weekend, forced to wait until Monday. The warehouse is merely 60km away. If you commit to priority service after a mistake, you should opt for a courier or Saturday express delivery. It appears the company chose to save money instead of prioritizing customer care, which is unacceptable for a business in the health sector.

The warehouse is only 60km away. If you promise priority after a mistake, you should book a courier or Saturday express. Amrita chose to save a few euros instead of helping a customer. Unacceptable for a health company.
Really lousy customer service.I received supplements that was stinking of perfume. I am allergic to perfume, and had to put them outside my house for air.I have writtine to customer service twice and not hear anything back 10 days later
I needed some advice as I took a reaction to one of the supplements I was taking. The help and advice I recieved from a chap called Rob was excellent! He really took the time to talk me, sharing his wealth of knowledge on health and nutrition. He really has great insight into the bigger picture where health is concerned and genuinely cares about the customers needs. What an asset to Amrita he is. Also they are very happy to refund me for the supplement that didn't agree with me and the others (unopened) that I need to return. Iwould highly recommend Rob and Amrita nutrition in heartbeat :)
Have had an account with Amrita for a long time and 5% discount on it. Suddenly the discount is gone and support says they have had technical issues, so it dissapeared. I then ask then to add the discount back and they can see the discount on all my previous orders - but no, they want "a new confirmation from my practioner, because they can´t add the discount back" Of course they can add it back, never heard anything so stupid. Customer service is awful!
Disappointed with Amrita’s shipping provider. I lost a full month of proper structure for my nutrition because Amrita’s shipping provider asked for 100% tax initially on the order, whereas this incident didn’t happen with my friends who ordered as well. Then the shipping provider reduced the tax cost to 10% plus fees. From 100% to 10% and all the back annd forth that happened and Waste of time. All this happened whilst I have selected express shipping on Amrita’s website. It’s sad to see that Amrita doesn’t have a comprehensive and fully included offer for overseas clients. Like iHerb or other providers. Overall I missed to get my supplements, and got the hustle of back and forth with the shipping provider. The experience was disappointing.
