AM Surveying & Block Management was recommended to us, but our experience was extremely poor. After three phone calls, a telephone call confirmed on Friday for the following Monday that never took place, no follow-up or apology, and over 15 minutes spent being redirected between three different secretaries, we lost confidence in their professionalism.All requested details, including the property address and our contact information, were provided. During one of the calls, we were asked to complete an online form, which we felt was generic and did not address the specific questions we had raised. For this reason, we requested a phone discussion instead.On Monday, after the scheduled call failed to take place, we were offered another call on Wednesday. By that point, the continued lack of communication and follow-through had already led us to decide not to proceed.As freeholders, this experience left us with no confidence that we would wish to be represented by this managing agency.This experience demonstrated a consistent lack of organisation and basic communication. We have therefore chosen to seek a more reliable and responsive agency that values clients and follows through on agreed commitments.This feedback reflects our genuine experience with the agency.
I highly recommend Sam and Darren for any painting project.
