I have worked with AMSBM for the past two years on their staff development programmes and have found AMSBM are very forward thinking in their approach. They look at the long-term benefits for staff and teh organisation through developing knowledge and skills not just within the staff roles but providing a wider scope of experience which supports the organisation as a whole. Anthony Allder and Nick Spalding are extremely driven and competent individuals, working hard to complete their L5 Operations Managers apprenticeship. Stefan Ford, their manager, is very supportive in ensuring staff have the opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills which in turn supports AMSBM in having a highly competent workforce thus providing an excellent service to their clients. I thoroughly enjoy working with Anthony, Nick and Stefan and look forward to working together as we go forward.
I have been using AM for a number of years and I have only been impressed by the company's professionalism and diligence. Matthew, Ethan, and Spencer are very responsive and personable. They provide excellent service and appear to genuinely care about my property. I am in the process of moving all my management over to AM.
Shocking service!! I have had no water in my building several times, and the AMSBM have consistently been slow and unhelpful with regards to my requests! Their emergency out of hours number is regularly unmanned, and it is very difficult to get a hold of them. The very few times I have got a hold of them, every single staff member I have spoken to has been rude, disengaged and unbothered. Appalling customer service and lack of urgency!
As one of the Board of Directors for the development where I live, I would highly recommend AM Surveying and Block Management. A few years ago we approached Matthew Mackintosh to provide a quotation to manage the development. At that time the vote was to use someone else. We had 2 years of very poor service with no monthly site visits and checks, and the constant need for voluntary Directors to do the work we retained others to do.In April 23 we changed agent and decided to 'give AM a try'. As a Board we were tired and busy and we needed to hand over to a proactive professional team.Matthew and our nominated Property Manager Ethan, and Nina have stepped up and taken a big weight off of our shoulders. Our development is large and complicated. They have hit the ground running and are on the ball in dealing with some complicated issues.All praise to a well managed team who have heart, and enjoy the professional work that they do.We look forward to working with AM in the years to come.
