As a Gold member due to my accumulated stays, the rewards have truly made a difference. On several occasions, I’ve paid only a minimal amount for outstanding hotels—for instance, around £7 for a £65 room or £30 for a £200 per-night accommodation! These savings came from regularly using the service and accumulating points. I’ve never encountered any problems with the accommodations booked through the platform, which is why I keep returning year after year. One suggestion would be to enhance the visibility and accessibility of customer support. I had some difficulty reaching them initially, but once I made contact, they were helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Overall, it’s a dependable service with fantastic rewards, and I’m pleased to continue using it.

Extremely Poor Experience

I had a terrible experience with the service. They sent me a link for a group booking that didn't work. When I called for assistance, they booked the incorrect number of people and omitted breakfast, even after confirming the details on the phone. They quoted me the wrong payment amount, charged more than stated, and added cancellation insurance without discussion. When I called to rectify this, they couldn't help, and when I requested to cancel, they informed me of a cancellation fee. Truly a disappointing company. I will not use them again.

Mixed Experience with Some Positives

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was initially impressed by its appearance. However, I soon learned that the swimming pool was out of order. After receiving a key to my room on the third floor, I discovered the lift was also out, making it difficult for my wife, who recently had knee surgery. Thankfully, staff provided us with a ground-floor room that was clean and pleasant. The next morning, the pool was still not operational, and I had an issue with the shower temperature that staff resolved promptly. I also needed a hairdryer, which they loaned to me. While the staff were friendly, I faced several challenges in trying to communicate with the manager about the pool issue. Eventually, I reached an agreement to leave the hotel with a refund for one night. However, I later learned that my complaint hadn't been passed on to the new manager. While I believe the new manager has potential, attention to detail is needed. With improvements, this hotel could become one of the best in the area.

Disappointing Website and Support

I encountered significant issues with the website and customer service. I made a booking for specific dates, but the confirmation showed different dates. I have screenshots proving the error lies with their system. This mistake led to financial loss and inconvenience, and I requested either a correction or a full refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response, and it seems they have taken my money without addressing the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Extremely Frustrating Customer Support

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service. The wait time to speak with an agent was often between 30 to 50 minutes, and calls frequently dropped due to their automated system. It wouldn't accept my details, making it impossible to resolve my issues. I never received a proper confirmation number, leading to confusion and wasted time. Despite contacting them multiple times over several days, I received no confirmation or resolution. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend their service.

Avoid Booking Through This Service

I started using the platform for hotel bookings, but after a recent experience where my booking didn't appear in the app, I contacted support only to find no record of it. When my credit card was charged, I was upset to lose around £150. The hotel wouldn't refund me, and the service offered no goodwill gesture. Despite my previous loyalty, they refused to assist me when I provided the required information. I will no longer be using this service.
