Exactly as others have described. This is precisely how I feel about my experience! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COAT! IT SHIPS FROM CHINA, NOT THE US. IT LOOKS LIKE A TRASHBAG! I opened the package and immediately emailed them to request a return. They asked for pictures of the item, which I provided, but now they are ignoring me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Zero stars. The coat I ordered was poorly proportioned and not well made. I went back and forth with customer service while trying to return it, but they essentially ghosted me. I received an offer for 25% of my money back, and after accepting, I never heard from them again.
