Price was good but “Hardwood” order is 90% birch. They don’t mention this on their website. Crate was filled short of full. If it was a pint in a pub I would have asked for a top up. Probably not going to order more.
Easy order process, love being able to get all I need on one site. Delivery is tracked so you can see when it’s due and delivery drivers have always been happy to place delivery where asked with a smile, that’s why I’m a repeat customer.
You would have had 5 stars, it seems some staff at your ordering office seem not to be working together. When I placed my ordered, I was informed my delivery would be between 7-8 am, on 15/01/2026 no problems with that. On the delivery day I have an email stating my delivery time was 6,10 am. Luckily I was up at 6am....no delivery at the indicated time. After 7am I get a text saying my delivery time is as before 7-8 am. Where did this 6,10 am come from...?
I have always been impressed by Homefire as a company in general. Yesterday, I was so impressed with Jo when he delivered coal. Joe is a credit to your company.
