I placed an order on 26th December 2025 for 2 books, providing all necessary shipping details. My Mastercard was charged twice immediately, and the amount was more than double the book cost. I didn’t receive a confirmation email until almost a day later, which only requested me to complete my order without clarifying what was missing. After reaching out for clarity, I was informed that they were on a break and would respond the next working day. Since then, I’ve only received marketing emails alongside reminders to complete my order. Eventually, a support representative began to reply, but despite sharing proof of the charges and previous communications, he claimed there was no record of my order. I questioned how I could be asked to complete an order that didn’t exist in their system. I even requested a phone call for clarification, but he continued to ask for a shipping confirmation order number that I didn’t have. He stated he couldn’t process a refund or complete my order, even acknowledging that the funds were with them. I insisted I wanted the books and asked what information was missing, but he maintained there was no record of my order, despite the emails I received urging me to complete it. I’ve sent multiple emails since, all of which have been ignored, including replies to messages from a representative. Currently, I have GHS 1775.76 ($161) deducted from my account for books that were supposed to cost $74. I’m no longer receiving reminders to complete my order, and my emails regarding the issue are unanswered, while marketing emails continue to flood my inbox. I’m beginning to believe that this company is either a scam or doesn’t care about its customers. My bank has stated that only the company can issue a refund. Please either refund my money or send the books if you are legitimate. Thank you.

I attempted to reach out to customer service via email and phone multiple times without receiving any response. The book did not meet my needs, particularly since I have a form of cancer and expected some coverage on that subject. I'm trying to return the book within the sixty-day so-called 'money-back guarantee,' but I've had no luck. I hope to receive a reply soon so I can update this review to a more positive one.
Beware of This Service I ordered a book on 11/23/25 and received a few emails, but then communication stopped. I started reaching out when I discovered the reality... they take your money without delivering the books. There's a phone number, but no one picks up. The emails seem automated, consistently sending the same messages. I'm gathering information to report them to the relevant authorities. They send out too many ads, all of which lead back to them.

I completed the form and sent it back to her, and she quickly confirmed that my refund was being processed. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast everything moved.
