I was helped by MARICAR. I haven't received my delivery yet, but she was quick to respond to my emails and her solution to fix my issie was appreciated. Maricar replied back to my concerns in a timely manner and was honest with where my order was coming from and, as well, provided me with a link to track my package. When Maricar explained that Canada and the US fulfillment centers were currently out of stock, it set my heart at ease when she advised me that my order would be sent directly to me from China to prevent further delays. She also advised me that the items I purchased were 100% authentic and would be treated with the same level of care, quality, and security as all standard shipments.Maricar also advised me that they would continue to monitor my order closely and keep me updated with any important changes
Maureen was very helpful getting the refund processed. She was very kind, accepted my feedback and sought diligently to take the constructive criticism on board. Unlike most places I’m sure, she didn’t make a fuss, but was very efficient and helpful in the whole process.
My questions and concerns were answered immediately, and I was sent the link for my additional e-books that came with my order. I had not seen that link the first time because it most likely went to my spam and I did not realize it. The customer service was Excellent in resolving my concerns.

I bought a book for myself and 2 as gifts. I was really confused about the free gifts but the team quickly explained they were download versions not physical. During our interactions I mentioned one of the ladies I was gifting to had no computer or internet service, just a phone and they kindly offered a physical gift for her.
