As an Australian customer & not realising i was purchasing the Natural Healing Remedies book in USD, I was contacted (After waiting a while), by Maricar of Ancient Remedies support team & it has restored my faith in this organisation. Maricar acknowledged my concerns resolved my issue in a way that was a win win for both parties. I appreciate your help. Thanks for your understanding. Next time I won't rush to buy without double checking all the details.
I bought 3 Ancient Remedies books on line. Unfortunately, it was not obvious that the pricing was in USD. The difference is 40% between USD and CAD $ so it was substantial. I sent a message after the purchase explaining my disappointment and I received an immediate reply from Maricar apologizing and offering a discount to make up for it. Maricar's quick response and solution was so refreshing it was great to see.
The ordering system did not accept my original order and kept asking me to re enter my credit card details, after the third attempt I gave up and purchased the book I wanted from another company only to find an invoice in my inbox for 3 copies and 3 delivery fees.I emailed them back straightaway but no one answered Eventually I was told to refuse delivery and a refund would be processed Maricar was very helpful in getting the refund back to me
A marvelous news is that the support team understood that my first purchase of Natural remedies was no really helpfull for me . I suggested to send the copy in return but WOW they replied not to do so ! Instead gave me the latest version completely in return ! Thank you MARICAR that was the right approach rekindling my believe in their research on human health and the respect for their customers ! " A good name " is what they deserve !
