When I received the item, I discovered a note from the previous buyer. Unfortunately, the loader is malfunctioning. Now, I need to return it, but I must wait 10 days for a response first. It seems I will have to bear the cost of the return.
Fantastic pricing and quick delivery made for a positive experience. The only frustrating part was having to navigate the entire purchasing process in Dutch. For some reason, the company doesn’t seem to cater to the over 4 million people in Belgium who don’t speak Dutch. I would have preferred to complete the process in my own language (English), but that's not an option on this 'Belgian' website.
