I ordered a moon lamp on November 28 and am still waiting as of December 11. Today, I received an email to review it as if it had been delivered… Seriously? The tracking status still shows it's in transit. How long does it take to send something to Dubai from China?

I placed an order for a moon lamp on November 28 and I'm still waiting for it as of December 11. Today, I received an email asking for a review, claiming it was delivered. Seriously? The tracking status still shows it as in transit. How long does it take to ship something from China to Dubai?
