I had an issue with a free trial and being charged, but thanks to Kate the problem has now been sorted. she was able to help immensely and deserves a five star review for her handling of the and giving out appropriate and thoughtful responses.
I had a very positive experience with the support team. They were patient, professional, and understanding throughout the process. My concern was reviewed carefully, and I truly appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
They STOLE 122$ out of my bank account for a subscription. I was charged twice in a span of 7 minutes for a yearly subscription (that I did not want due to that website’s inconsistency) and when I talked to them about it they claimed it was NOTHING THEY COULD DO, I do not recommend using this site for anything YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
They misrepresent the money-back guarantee, and unsubscription is not straightforward; it requires contacting them via email. They do everything possible to prevent you from leaving, and even after I deleted my account as a final measure, I received an email shortly after stating that my account had been reactivated, allowing me to log back into the deleted account. They retain data even after a complete deletion!
This service is exploiting customers through its 'FREE TRIAL' option. As soon as you click to use it, even with just a few hundred characters, you are charged right away. This is not the typical free trial experience we expect from subscription services; it feels misleading. When I noticed the unexpected charge and sought a refund, they stated they couldn't process it due to their 'Terms and Conditions' and instead offered credits. I expect a full refund. This business strategy—taking money while manipulating the fine print—should not be accepted.
I registered for the offer of 20 free uses, but when I tried to use it just once, I was prompted to pay for a subscription. Now, I can't access the remaining 19 free uses. This approach certainly doesn't seem appealing to potential users.
I accidentally subscribed, but they promptly refunded my money. Their response to my email was quick, and the support team was truly helpful. I haven't had much chance to explore the site, but it appears to be beneficial. They also mentioned I would receive 5000 credits for free. I want to express my gratitude here as well.
Although i only used it for 280 words, it was great there are many services/ things that can be done on this website. Although I ended up buying the yearly plan on accident, right after putting my info in for the free trial, i asked for a refund , and they are talking about giving me a full refund in about 2 days.
