Bought plates as a gift for Christmas which arrived Christmas Eve, only to find that they had incorrectly printed the number plate…..Christmas surprise ruined.
Got in contact with them after the Christmas period and was told they would be reprinted and sent asap, but it took 5 days for the replacement plates to arrive. Not the best experience and would consider other companies ahead of these.
Ordered Tuesday 13th Jan for ‘next day delivery’, dispatched 24 hour tracked Wednesday to arrive Thursday.
Didn’t arrive Thursday, waited Friday and Saturday and still no plates. Email support stating Royal Mail’s fault tracking shows their error, however plates needed for insurance so had to go out and buy new ones Sunday due to insurance / DVLA switched over
Now the following Monday still not received, asked to cancel and refund as no longer required and was ignored.
Plates eventually arrived then filling Friday, 9 days after dispatch - definitely not next day! Of course not required 10 days after order they refused to return / refund - ignored emails useless do not order!
£50 gone for plates that are no good as arrived ten days later

I ordered three sets of number plates at the beginning of December for next-day delivery. One set arrived three weeks later, while the other two never showed up. They took my payment without sending the plates. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. The set that did arrive is poorly made, with crooked letters and inconsistent spacing. Don't waste your money.
I regret to say, but I suggest ordering from another provider. It’s not next day delivery; it took a week. I've received no communication. After sending three emails, I finally got a response a week later about my order being returned. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand!
This service is absolutely unacceptable, do not use it. I ordered two sets of different plates, one standard and one gel style, for my partner and me. I placed the order on 27/12/25 and received them on 2/1/2026. The standard plates were damaged, and the gel ones arrived completely blank. Who sends out blank plates and charges £41.99? I also ordered fixing kits but only received one, despite being charged for both! After sending multiple emails with proof asking for a refund for the blank plates, I still have not received a response as of 7/1/2025. They take your money quickly but do not respond to emails, and there’s no contact number. Very poor service, avoid at all costs.
I ordered on the 27th and still haven’t received my items. No responses to my emails, and I can't find a phone number to call. The postal service says they haven't even received them. It’s very disappointing. If you’re closed during the holidays, you should inform customers and not take our money. Where are my plates?
