I kindly suggest all travelers to not fligh with this air like, They change the flight we book to a flight with one escale in another city and the flight allready delayed with 2 hours , have an extra delay with another hours. Even in the begining i was entusiast with their new Fleet and personnel , the experience i had with them was disapointed and give me a bitter taste. I will avoid with all cost
The delayed flights is a common practice for them. After that, the communication is extremely slow and unresponsive, causing unnecessary frustration and stress.This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience
