We have been mostly working with Ed and it was a great experience. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful as we had to move from a different country. He made sure to accommodate our specific requirements for the check-in as we were not very flexible with date and time. Some times we were in contact with Harriet and she was also very nice and got back to us quickly answering all the questions we had. Would definitely work with the agency again.
