I appreciate the efficient and responsive service of the agent in arranging the viewing until handing over the keys. The experience living in the property is nice in general so far. The flat isn't as quiet when the windows are open for air flow as they were closed during the viewing in the colder weather. Perhaps because the flat is still quite empty and echoes sound from the main road out there. Hopefully I'll get used to it over time whether or not the right furniture is added to the flat. Otherwise, everything seems to work well so far!

By far the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent in Richmond. The team in Kew and Richmond are very friendly and helpful.
