After working with several high street letting agencies, a trusted friend recommended her contact, Antony Roberts Kew lettings manager David Gray. David was swift, professional, and extremely pleasant and connected me with his colleague East Sheen's lettings manager, Francesca Bradbury, who covers my neighbourhood in Putney. In the months that we worked together, Francesca has been truly outstanding. Her professionalism, self-driven excellence, attention to detail, rigour and integrity made her a trust-inspiring partner in the letting process. She was dependable and extremely responsible. Her communication was always fluid, honest, straightforward and intelligent. We worked on improving the property detail by detail and found a tenant that met my brief. I'm sure Francesca has many cases on her hand, but she consistently delivered a 1-1 level of attention and avilability which is extremely valuable for any landlord. Thanks to Francesca and David, I had an excellent experience with Antony Roberts. I highly recommend them and look forward to many good years working with the agency.

Ben and Marc at Antony Roberts were fantastic. We moved to them after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent. Marc, the sales manager, was down to earth and realistic with his advice. He made us feel like our wishes and goals were important. His focus was on us as people, rather than just on making a quick sale for his office. This was abundantly clear when our first accepted offer fell through and we were losing hope that we would ever sell our house. With his guidance, we ended up getting another offer quickly and for even more than our previous offers.Ben was involved with the viewings (with his colleague Rob) and then oversaw the sales progression after we had a buyer. He was friendly and professional throughout, going above and beyond to help facilitate discussions between us, the solicitors and the buyers. He responded to emails quickly and ensured we were kept up to date. He tried to pre-empt issues so they wouldn't turn into delays. The sale would not have gone through as quickly without his help.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the personal yet professional experience. I’ve been using Antony Roberts for property management of my flat and I couldn’t recommend them more. Mark Wright has been a very helpful agent who has helped so many problems we’ve had over the last 6 plus months (difficult neighbours, neighbours renovations, repairs, new tenants, end of lease etc). He’s always very quick to respond and always has helpful solutions. Look forward to working with Mark and AR.
Do not trust this agency.Scammers, no transparency at all, they are never helping you if you have a problem with your house, taking so long to fix the smaller problem that you can have during your tenancy, avoiding any kind of repair job or pest problem, advertising houses that casualities in your life got rent yesterday but they have a "similar" one but more expensive obviously, they will try to force you to pay cleaner company in the end of your tenancy, and obviously giving you some companies numbers that already work with them. At the end of your tenancy good luck, they tried to charge me £120 for dont remove a clock that we left on the kitchen wall, as we dont need it we leave it. Apparently remove the clock cost £120, casualities in your life they did not have invoice of that job.They asked for a contribution of £790 to redecorate the whole house as we had few bluetacks stains on the living room wall. Sorry we were living there for 2 years, it is normal that we put some pictures on the walls.Thanks god that my deposit was secure with TDS, they were asking for 1k of my 1.4k deposit. As apparently they choose a company that charge them 4k to redecorate the whole house (2 bedroom flat house with an american kitchen inside of the living room). Maybe Picasso or Van gogh are working for that company.Also if your Property Manager is Alison Wren, run, run away, as far as you can, she will be rude, condescensing, passive agressive and will try always to scare you and she will never be transparent with you.If you are in London, do not use them. Maybe in another cities they are better, in London? Run away as fast as you can and check your wallet buddy
