Anycubic what else ?

I have unfortunately had a problem with my Anycubic Cobra S1. One component has been damaged during manipulation. I contacted the support, and was not disappointed. Really fast answer, they offered me to replace the component, sent it within few days.The printer itself is awesome. I'm really happy with Anycubic product. Will probably order some more in the future.Good product , good support ! Anycubic what else ?

Perfect! You WIN!!!

Following a glue failure on the hotend, Anycubic offered to replace it free of charge😍. After contacting their service department, I received the replacement part 3 days later. The worst part is that May 1st is a public holiday in France, but I still received my delivery that day. So, BRAVO to Anycubic's service, and based on my experience, I can only recommend this brand for its formidable speed and professionalism.A huge thank you again, Anycubic.
