They immediately offered me a replacement vat, which usually costs between €50 and €80. I was very pleased with this commercial gesture on their part. The M7, which I use daily, is truly high-performing and very reliable. I have logged over 500 hours of printing on it and am completely satisfied. With the high-quality customer service they provide, I’m confident this brand should be recommended to beginners as well as to more experienced users who don’t want any complications—just something simple and effective.
i have a technical problem with my printer, the printing head is broken, in just a few hours with the time difference, the after-sales service got back to me, checked my details and proceeded to send me a new print head. I just had to explain the problem via their site, send a few photos of the out-of-service part and the solution was found. bravo. we were hesitating to buy another printer from this brand, but now the hesitation is a certainty. thank you.
