the resin is fine but delivery took quite a bit longer than expected. The tracking number they provided did not work so it looked as if something went wrong and the helpdesk was not very useful. But a week later i received the resin so all in all it was OK.My 2 previous orders were all perfect so that's why i gave 4 stars, would be 5 if this one was as good as previous ones
I've spent thousands of pounds in anycubic printers being a YouTube contact creator but I've had 2 mono x's break down one was only 3 months old but after 72 emails to anycubic it's now been sat there broken for just over 1 year!! I'm semi disabled so getting someone to strip my printer down to change the z axis 3 time's has cost me personally around £100 in bills and over £60 in wasted resin but anycubic has done absolutely nothing to fix the printers or pay any cost even though the printer was faulty out the box.. I got so desperate I had to buy an elegoo saturn to keep my channel going while these mono x's get fixed, elegoo engineers tuck one look at the same pictures I sent anycubic and they fixed one mono x in a few hours but the second one has been defective since the day opened the box and was £420 down the drain.I've never experienced customer service this bad ever in my life and I tell anyone that will listen to stay away from anycubic printers because at some point they will break and you get no help, after everything I've been through I've still got no help and a £400 printer has been a doorstop for 14 months!!.Do yourself a favour and buy elegoo there fantastic printers, I've used mine none stop for 8 months no problems at all and they have a customer service that's second to NONE + you get 6 to 8 months warranty not 3!!!My order number for 1 of the two defective printers is 3009659627722235This printer was published from your AliExpress official store according to UK trading standards who have started looking into my case, I've got a mountain of emails that trading standards said lucky for me is absolute gold dust! I'm just collecting all my emails and documents up as I've been asked to do a collaboration on this matter with a much much bigger YouTube channel with 5.2 million subscribers as I don't want anyone else to buy and go through this, I'm semi disabled with mental health problems I explained this to your staff when they asked to strip down my 2 month old printer but it made no difference.. I want to chuck both these mono x's out and buy an M3 MAX but I'm not paying £1000 just to end up end up in the same situation because before I lost £900 on 2 mono x's I lost £400 on an anycubic Chiron that had a bent frame and stuff missing but you did the same with that dragged past warranty and I sold for £50 as scrap.I will update my review shortly or when this is resolved because it's your product from your official AliExpress store, granted it's not your official website but if I go ahead with my YouTube collaboration with 5.1 millon subscribers on a channel dedicated to 3d printing it's going to do a lot more damage to your company! I literally have around 70 emails jerkin me around for over a year and it's only when I post a review I get any kind of assistants..I'm sorry you have got in the middle of this but again at this moment in time I've lost around £1300 on your products like down the drain, if I get the M3 I'll be happy because I sell these mono x's as scrap like I did the Chiron and it's problem solved..I only produce top quality prints that inspires others so if I'm using your printers your making money, take a look u/dubbletrouble5457Thank you and I'm in the UK so I'd need a code that I can use in your UK online store and I paid next Thursday so if I have a good code I'll buy the M3 MAX and bundle these two mono x's to be sold cheap! I have not hurd from AliExpress yet but I will check later today..I did get another email from your customer service that's been trying to help me the last couple of days, they said they would provide new linear rails and z motor but I need to pay the £44 postage! I wasn't happy about it but if it gets this printer running so I can sell it then I'll pay it but the link doesn't work..I tried 4 times yesterday I follow the link to AliExpress click on the £44 VIP add to basket or pay now but it always says sorry no item available please contact store, your staff said to delete all other items from my basket including saved items but that doesn't make sense. It's so frustrating I've been looking online to see if I can just buy elsewhere but I can't find anyone else selling z motors :-(..I look forward to the UK discount code and I appreciate what your doing in helping me and it will be worth the effort I promise, every time I print and post I get sooooo many people asking what printer I used and what printers do I recommend..$30 is ok I mean I'll use it next week but the M3 MAX costs £859 so it doesn't really have much of an impact on the price, I might need to wait for the parts then sell these mono x's so I can put that money towards it! Once I've got everything sorted and I've got rid of these mono x's I'll be happy, thanks again for your help..
