Review Time
The kobra 2 plus bed is not flat. Major efforts needs to be taken to improve flatness but nothing can be done against wiggles. Without a flat bed it is extremely difficult to have good quality. I am spending 90% of my time troubleshooting for medium results
Hi allI received an anycubic mono 2 as a Xmas present last year, it printed well and in good detail and initially I was very pleased with it. Then a few weeks ago it developed an issue with the build plate drive motor, I contacted anycubic customer service several times and received no responses. Then I looked at anycubic reviews and there seems to be a common problem with their customer service being none responsive, over 90% of the reviews are poor.I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, the mark of a good brand is how they deal with problems which may arise, anycubic will lose out from me as I won't buy any of their consumables and would advise anyone looking to buy their first resin printer to avoid them like the plague .
Total disappointment, product arrived with the leaky Fep filter and no response from the after-sales service because there were too many requests, just a generic reply to say that there was a delay. What's more, the printer is buggy on the wi-fi part even after following all the tutorials on the wiki.
Had first layer issues sInce I've purchased, auto levelling sensor repeatedly fails and crashes into print bed..Please listen to me and buy a slightly more expensive printer, there's a reason the printers are cheap. I have never been able to achieve detailed level prints. Please avoid !I have tried to wrote reviews on the website multiple times but they never seem to post ! This is the worst device I have ever purchased. I would never normally wrote a review, but the product is that bad I feel compelled to. Unfortunately I only used the product 1\2 tomes during the first 28 days as I have been developing CAD models, if I would of used this device more frequently in the first 28 days I would 100% of got my money back.
Estimated delivery date when ordered was less than 7 days. 20 days later it is still not delivered, though I had a notification a few days ago that it was in hands of DHL.My first concern is that the initial date was wrong.My second concern is that I was not kept informed and I had to contact your services myself to have an update. I would have appreciated that you contact me ASAP even to say it would have 2 weeks late.
