Review Time
I've been using Anycubic 3D resins for a long time, and for me, they are the best on the market in terms of quality and price. I've tried other brands, but for my line of work, there's no justification in paying more for the quality and technical differences they offer. As for machines, I only have a Wash and Cure Plus station, and I'm really happy with it. It has been working daily for two years now, and with proper maintenance, it’s still as good as new.I don’t own a Anycubic 3D printer yet, but the next time I need to replace one of the ones I own, I’ll probably give Anycubic a try. Their customer service is quick and helpful, and I’ve had no issues so far. In fact, they’ve reached out to me a couple of times to ask about my experience with their resins and other stuff. I appreciate when a big brand takes the time to connect with their customers, even if it’s just to say hello.
Phenomenally reviewed product, I simply had to get an Anycubic printer ! It's my first printer, and my first time pacing the floors waiting for my pre-order to arrive ! I'm super happy I was able to pre-order, and get the extra discount ! The shopping experience was excellent. Everything was super easy to understand ! I STILL managed to make a mistake though...I have moved since I placed my order, and neglected to use my new address for the shipping address ! A short email to support later, and Lydia was VERY swift at repairing my error ! With super fast support like that, and the printer is not even in my possession yet... wow, I'm very much at ease if anything happens where I need support in the future. I'm positive they can solve the issue and have me continue to be a happy customer.
i bought my printer and after a month and a half everything stopped in working so i made a support ticket to get a refund (494224) and no one has responded for nearly 2 days(They say that they respond in one business day) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Unable to even get a serious test print of a high end carefully designed calibration tile to prove the machine is capable of meeting our needs and compare it to other contenders for ultra fine detail and CAD modelling, This also being a serious review of fine detail printers for a website and they wont take part in the review. What company doesnt want to show off how good they are. I read about poor customer service and experience this, very off-putting before we even start. Elegoo are playing ball as should any serious company, well done elegoo.
I received the machine, and I can’t fully use it yet because it’s not compatible with Lychee Slicer. It would be helpful if you sent the equipment to that company before the printer’s release to ensure that the profiles are incorporated when the first users receive the printer.
Good quality resin for an abordable price / kilogram, it can be even better as there is a loyalty program with another website that provides STLs.I did some mistake (did not read carefully) during shipping for some reduction to apply, the customer services directly proposed nice and great solutions!The washing and curing station is pretty good too, even if it looks a bit fragile for some parts.Concerning filaments printers, I got no knowledge or feedback to provide.
Colissimo , again, was not able to deliver packages at right place. Other companies like Coli Coli knows the exact place of University Sorbonne Paris NOrd IUT Saint Denis 3 rue de la Croix Faron. Colissimo let the package 40 meters away without indicate where .
