Misleading practices! The jumper I received was completely different from what was advertised as knitted. The cardigan was poorly constructed. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only a 10% refund as the item needs to be returned to a distant location. The website claims to be 'authentic American' but states everything is made and shipped from another country, which raises concerns. I wish I could share a photo of what I received! Truly disappointing.
There is a wide selection of items available. However, some sizes appear to run small according to the size chart. I typically wear a large with a 43 bust size, but for certain items, I would need to order a 2XL or 5XL, especially regarding hip or waist measurements. It seems these items weren't meant for me.
