They made a mistake on my address.
Their partner courier, Aramex, did not even attempt to deliver. They did not even inform me.
It has been a week.
Spoke to Karion to only find out that I needed to speak to Aramex
If I did not call Aramex's customer support, I would not even know that they failed to deliver because Karion gave them the wrong address.
Read the reviews about them, and someone had to wait for weeks only to find out their parcel is at the depot.
Now Karion is asking me to wait until they receive the parcel back to process the refund. Another week or month?
I told Karion to just cancel my online order and let me pick up the product at one of their retailers. They said no.
So now I have to be responsible for your wrongdoings, Aramex and Karion? My money is stuck in your bank account, and I don't have a stroller for my baby.

An amazing compact stroller for travel and in general to free some boot space. East to flip up and store away. Unfortunately after only 5 weeks of use it stopped working and wasn't able to fold away easily. As it was a gift and I didn't have receipt they wouldn't accept return to even look at the product which is disappointing as clearly its their brand. It is light weight so expect it to easily fall over with a child in it if not looking after them very closely. And never put anything on the handles as it will flip over.
The pram is OK but would suggest paying a bit more to get a better pram.Pros: very easy to pack and unpack into the car, reasonable price compared to other prams. Don't seem to have any issues with tCons: not very sturdy, as per other reviews it can tip if crossing a road at an angle, which means it probably doesn't meet Australian safety standards, wheel is squeeky, originally it was wobbly and I had it replaced. The other weird feature is that the back is not secured fully so your child can pull themselves against the belly bar
I bought this travel pram hoping it would make our overseas travel with my baby easier, but it’s been a disaster from the start. The stroller is poorly designed and unstable—after just a few uses, it tipped over while my baby was in it, causing a small injury to their head. This could have been so much worse. The pram’s centre of gravity seems completely off, making it prone to tipping even on flat surfaces. I reached out to the company immediately, hoping for a quick resolution, but their customer service was an absolute joke. They were completely dismissive of my concerns, didn’t respond to emails. Instead of offering an easy exchange of the defective product, they insisted the product was fine and to hair dry the wheels to take out the bumps on the wheels and blamed me for the accident. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t care about customer safety or satisfaction.I would never trust this travel stroller again, and I highly advise anyone considering it to stay far away. It’s a serious safety risk, and the lack of proper support from the company makes this an even worse purchase. My baby’s safety and well-being should always come first, and I regret ever buying this product. The stroller has a clicking sound with a wobble to the left rear wheel that also had bumps in the wheel itself and with the slightest bit of extra pressure on the right side - the frame is weakened and causes it to tip backwards easily and sideways which had caused the incident to my baby. My child was fastened correctly and is only 10kg!The stroller has been sent back to Karion Kids for assessment. If they deem the product defective a full refund will be provided, if they state the product is NOT defective, a $20 restocking fee will incur. I sure hope that stroller/frame is NOT restocked and resold or used for parts for any future warranties.
This pram is flimsy, the wheels are super noisy, the handles are too low, it's uncomfortable for my 6-month-old, when you are walking you kick the back of the pram. The only benefit is, that it's compact. If I was aware of the above I wouldn't have wasted my money.
This Pram is incredible. I travel a LOT. I do this with a 2 year old which is not easy. This pram is very light weight which really really helps. I love that it goes into the backpack and I then just pop it in the overhead locker of the plane as carry on luggage. When a tantrum prevails as we get off the plane, I can have the baby in the pram within seconds. Best purchase I have ever made. It folds down really small and the lightweight nature makes it great for travel. you will not be disappointed in this purchase.
Love this pram - was really surprised how well it handled Bali - the lightweightness makes it almost able to be "glide-picked up" on the dodgy parts of the road. We're off to Europe so fingers crossed with the cobble stones; but I think it'll handle it... bub likes it a bit Bumpy 😉It does tip if you have it laying down and pop even a feather on the handle - and it's not overly comfortable for tall "pushers" but I'm 5'7" and it was great for me. We even use it as our handy second car pram. Fast delivery - it was a bummer I missed a sale by a day, but it's worth its regular price so wasn't something to be too annoyed by. Thank you
This pram is so great! We had another pram and bought this as we were about to travel overseas nearly 9 months ago. We never use the other pram anymore. This one is so light weight, convenient, easy to steer with one hand, and compact. My child was 3 when we bought it, over 20kg and at least 105cm tall and he still fits. He is now 4 and we still use it. Great to just keep in the boot of the car for when a tired kid wants to be pushed around.
