I love this company! The customer service is so over the top. I've never experienced this kind of service from other wig companies. Oscar, James, Larry and Ella were the ones to reach out to me. They we're very quick to respond to all my emails. Unfortunately I had to return the wig because my head is to small. After returning the unit, It got lost in transit, and Nadula's team was in touch with me all they way until they finally got the wig back. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. May the God of heaven and earth continue to bless this company!
I had a great experience with this company’s customer service. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of returning my wig and issuing a full refund. The wig itself was really nice and I couldn’t fault the quality at all — it just wasn’t quite the right suit for me personally.

So, I am thoroughly impressed with this piece. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the wig itself is beautiful, featuring a unique color and uniform, well-distributed curls.
As a human hair and wig expert, I followed a strict restoration protocol. Upon wetting the hair, I detected a strong carbonized odor. Consistent with what I have observed in three other thermally modified pieces from Nadula, this unit showed clear signs of thermal retraction. (As a feedback. Technically, the fiber was severely malnourished. I applied L’Oréal Absolut Repair Molecular followed by a custom blend of Wella Enrich, Maui, and cold-pressed coconut oil. The instant absorption confirmed the damage from the industrial heat process. I also performed a technical trim of one inch and added subtle layers to remove dehydrated ends.
The final result is stunning: high-definition curls with incredible volume and health. I love this wig, but I highly recommend the manufacturer reviews their thermal systems to avoid irreversible damage. A great purchase for those with the expertise to treat it!
I used to appreciate the company until I placed an order for a wig that never arrived. The tracking number indicates it was still pending label creation. When I requested a refund, it was denied. I have filed a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I will not support this company, nor will my friends. The order status remains unchanged, showing that the label is yet to be created... They do not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I purchased three Mystery Box 24’’ wigs, yet only two were delivered — neither matching the advertised specifications. Instead of the expected 24-inch wigs, I received one 14’’ and one 16’’, while the third wig was completely missing. According to the support team, the missing item was supposed to be a 16” body wave 7x5 lace, linked to my order, which was shipped with tracking. Although payment was made, when I brought up the issue, the company denied any responsibility and even contested the order details, despite the evidence I provided. To resolve the matter, I proposed two reasonable options: either ship the correct 24’’ wig with valid tracking or refund the entire payment. Unfortunately, neither option was honored. Instead, they offered a mere $20 compensation — contingent on me proving the non-existent wig. This experience highlighted a significant lack of accountability and serious misrepresentation of their products. I share this to inform and caution potential buyers regarding this supplier.
