Deserve negative rating. Sent damaged product. Even after numerous complaints & video proofs, no action being taken by the company. Wasted 1000 bucks on a useless defective sipper. Customer service is worst. Harassed me with false information and hopes that they’ll create a reverse pickup & will send a replacement. Even after 3 months of continuous follow-ups, neither refund was issued nor replacement was sent.
Worst and fraudulent company. If you want to waste your hard earned money, go ahead & buy their products.

They aren't a miracle solution for preventing rashes entirely, but with proper care, such as frequent changes and moisturizing, achieving rash-free skin is possible. I've moved from XS to XL sizes and couldn't be happier. The toys are a hit with my baby, especially since they are safe for mouthing. I really like the feeding spoon with storage, though I wish it had a suction cup for easier filling, as managing a baby can be challenging with only one hand available. The bottle cleaning set is also good and easy to maintain.

Both the stroller and car seat are sturdy, while the diaper is soft and lightweight. I plan to start using their baby shampoo soon, as it contains minimal chemicals. The community support group is also very helpful, and the representative responds promptly to inquiries.
