I had emailed Aosom Customer care about a damaged piece of a chair I had ordered through Best Buy Canada. There was a small rip in the back mesh when I opened the package, and although it was small I worried about the possibility of this getting larger in the future. When I emailed customer care I was met with compassion and understanding right away. No blame was placed on me, and I don’t blame them either. Mistakes happen, and sometimes manufacturing isn’t perfect. The customer care team took exceptional care of me and my problem, better than I could have ever imagined. They resolved my issue for me within hours and I had a new part on the way as soon as possible. Absolutely outstanding job by whoever was on the other end of that email chain. I thank you guys again for restoring my faith in large companies for dealing with problems, and for proving that customer care is a true value for your company!!
The platform I used had a glitch that caused an accidental order of two chairs. I contacted the support team and was told I would receive a refund for the higher amount, but it took until later for a lesser amount. They did resolve the issue. The chair itself is nice, though the footrest is higher than the seat, which has caused some problems for my father's catheter.
I had seen the coffee buffet elsewhere but chose to order from here. It arrived within a week. During assembly, we noticed a missing bracket/hinge for the door, but it didn't hinder the build. There was plenty of communication with the support team, and they sent the missing piece. I'm very pleased with the unit.
