Not only their product is terrible, but when I returned it back to them, they refused to refund me. They work with Crane Xpress, which wrote me that they have the package but requested additional $30 that I pay, for a refund (!)

I ordered the product nearly 2 weeks ago and they immediately created a “shipping label”. They reportedly are using USPS to ship, but they have not received the product. I am beginning to investigate the possibility of Mail and Wire fraud charges. DO NOT DO business with these liars.
