We ordered a TV stand on 26 August, but due to container issues, it did not arrive until 19 October. However, the company did email me twice, and a phone call from me helped. The stand is great, and we are pleased with it, although assembling it was somewhat challenging without an extra person.
I ordered a TV stand that was listed as 'in stock' on the website. After a week with no updates, I reached out only to find out it was actually out of stock, despite still being listed. After another week with no news, I was informed of a shipment delay. I was quite frustrated and considered canceling, but I couldn't find it elsewhere, so I chose to wait. The stock finally arrived on 8 October, and although I was told it would be dispatched promptly, it didn't arrive until 13 October. There was no update from the courier until I received a text just before delivery. The box was damaged, and the driver nearly dropped it on my doorstep! Fortunately, the TV stand was undamaged and of decent quality, but the overall service was lacking.
There was no communication after my purchase; I only received a response when I reached out. If I had known I was dealing with a third party, I would have contacted the source company directly. The quality of what we ordered was good, and the delivery was satisfactory.
