This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I rarely leave such low ratings, but this was unacceptable. They sent me three emails stating my item was out for delivery, yet it never arrived. I had to contact the seller for a complete reshipment, and when I reached out to customer service, they never replied.
I was away on the day of the delivery, celebrating a personal event, and did not check my emails. I subsequently saw the correspondence about the planned delivery, and now I have learned that my item was delivered, but it has not been explained to me where it was left.
