The parcel contents were valued at £2000.In the event the parcel was too large, I elected to have it left in a, declared, safe place that was close to my mail box.The parcel was left on top of the mail box at the road edge: clearly visible and close to passers-by.We were lucky this time.Tracking number 1581167781
im basing this on the assumption that 5 stars means the parcel was delivered on time and when expected and 1 start means the parcel wasnt delivered on time and when expected.i received a notification saying that the parcel would be delivered to a location on a specific day. i then used the app to change the delivery location and received an email confirmation that the delivery location had been changed.however, the parcel was delivered to the original location. on this basis i will probably never receive the package.
The person who delivered my goods is polite and respectful. I appreciate his efforts and he is excellent. DHL the wonderful young is a good representative of your company, it is freezing cold but he made sure I he delivered with smile on his face. Lied for 20 days saying address incomplete, then miraculously you found us yesterday and threw 2 bottles of gin over my 8 ft gate and never rung the bell…. I got an email to say my parcel was delivered at 10:54 by GLS. I am in my house and nothing was delivered, no doorbell rang, no attempt to make contact, nothing, no proof of delivery. How this company is still in business is beyond me. I recommend if you see a business using GLS to instantly cancel order!!
