Absolute joke of a company 2nd day now told it was going to be delivered they have it since 18th dec was a gift still nothing and they saying on tracking no one home to sign for parcel trying to contact them by phone and Email and nothing 😡 shut your doors waste of time
Ordered something from.galway to mayo 7 days waiting. They dont update there online no communication painfull deal with used only dpd shocking compared to the two company's like night and day . Persume GLS have man on a bike one man for whole company poor fella must be wrecked
I got an email to say my parcel was delivered at 10:54 by GLS. I am in my house and nothing was delivered, no doorbell rang, no attempt to make contact, nothing, no proof of delivery. How this company is still in business is beyond me. I recommend if you see a business using GLS to instantly cancel order!!
The delivery itself was smooth; I asked for the parcel to be placed behind the bin, and that was done correctly. However, the tracking was problematic, as the parcel arrived much later than anticipated, and I received no updates about the delay.

Should you dare to visit their depot during listed opening hours, you will find a locked door and an empty car park, joining a congregation of confused customers who all checked the website twice.This is not a courier service. It is a simulation of one, where packages achieve quantum superposition, existing as both delivered and missing until observed. Where passports disappear en route to embassies and Christmas gifts orbit phantom trucks for weeks. Where drivers require zero proof of completion and facilities operate without staff.Until GLS discovers basic accountability, photographic evidence, and telephones that connect to humans, I shall treat any retailer using them as a vendor of expensive disappointments.
