The driver on the second day delivered the wrong parcel. He just threw it over the gate at my husband and took a picture of his legs. Not only do I not have my parcel, the driver was rude and intimidating. I tried to report the non-delivery but the chat bot just timed me out. I am disgusted by the attitude of DHL.
These showers were supposed to deliver an expensive knife, with age verification. The lazy so-and-so just threw my parcel on the frosty ground, 10m away from my front door. Never even bothered to ring my doorbell. Claimed my front gate did the age verification?! Knife blade was covered in condensation. Unbelievable, criminally incompetent, lazy and unprofessional.
My parcel was left in a completely different building to where I live so I have no idea where it actually is, and was "signed for" by the driver themselves. Not only is the "proof of delivery" photo from a different building, but I was asleep at the time it was delivered and I supposedly "signed for it". Now having to pursue merchant and make claim with credit card provider for refund.
Received an email to let me know my parcel was on its way and asking whether i wanted to add a safe place if i wasnt going to be in. Added my safe place details, which was straight forward to do. Have since received an email saying my parcel had been delivered and when i followed the link for more details there was a clear photo of my parcel in my safe place - thank you 🙂
