Review Time
Had a delivery arranged to my parents house, upon delivery driver don’t even knock on the door, just dumped the parcel on the driveway and fraudulently signed it by ‘meg’. Not only do I never sign my name as Meg, always my full name, but I don’t live at this address and no one accepted the parcel. Anyway, parcel needed picking back up as it was an accidental subscription purchase. DHL failed to show up 3 times. When they finally came to pick up the parcel, they didn’t give a recipt or collection number or a verification email to confirm the collection. Now the company I was trying to return this too are saying the parcel was never collected or it hasn’t been logged so I can’t get my money back. So DHL have stolen my parcel. Not only this, but they have failed to reply to my email, absolutely disgusting service.
Your shipping costs are too high! I bought books worth £40 from Türkiye, but I paid £50 for shipping the 5 kilos of books from Türkiye to the UK. Thank you for the fast delivery, but your fees are so expensive that I will not consider doing business with you again.
Driver arrived early on their run. Unfortunately I missed their call when they had difficulty accessing the building to drop off. Managed to speak directly with driver and they kindly arranged a later drop off that same day. The item was a present, so vital it arrived. Thank you driver for going above and beyond to ensure the item made it on time. (Very polite too!)
Company booked their delivery with them to get my already delayed pc part to me next day. my phone recieved a text with a number to give them, sent me to at 7am and then they arrived at 9am. I was not up then, i had people answer and try to get the parcel, offer ID to prove they are a reletive, nope cant give me the parcel. Guy said he'd come back later or tomorrow, he didn't guess he didn't realise he's off on new years day. Just a sham way of doing things sending me that code so soon before the early delivery. Unless its something super important you cant risk anyone in your household getting their hands on this is a useless next day 'express' delivery service.
The address they delivered to wasn't mine and cant find no way of getting in touch with them about my delivery delivery drivers in this day and age are to compfy with just ditching parcels any where scumbags £48 for a pair of socks why is it so hard to get in touch with people when something is wrong x
