Delivered to the wrong address despite me asked my the driver if he had a delivery for me. He said no it was for the next door. Then took a pic future as proof of delivery which was hardly visible due to poor light. Very poor service. I had to track the parcel down via my neighbours.
The service was amazing from beginning to end. I was kept updated at every step of the parcels journey. The parcel was shipped from Italy on Monday and was on my doorstep by Tuesday lunch time. The delivery guy was really happy, full marks start to finish from DHL Express, no delivery service agent beats their performance.
