Thankfully I got my package in one piece eventually after missing the first delivery due to the driver knocking with the quietest tap and then speeding off! When contacting customer support, I found the information on the website to be incorrect in that they don’t re-attempt delivery on the same day and after trying to explain this and find a solution was hung up on. Luckily, the next advisor provided better insight and support so the 2nd start goes to him really.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery driver made zero attempt to deliver. We have ring door bell to confirm. They dropped 9 parcels to the nearest delivery point (Shopkeeper confirmed) and we had issues picking up the parcel as the shop owner went to the mosque and didn't have anyone to cover leaving a 3-hour delay.. Disappointed is an understatement!
This company provides a terrible experience. Their customer support is virtually nonexistent, failing to respond to emails or calls. The tracking system is ineffective and offers no updates. I placed an order on December 2nd, and the damaged package finally arrived 27 days later. A truly disappointing experience.
Two separate packages from different online stores have been stuck at the Dublin depot since December 19th. It's a frustrating situation. Everything else I ordered with different carriers arrived on time for Christmas. No response to emails, and phone calls are pointless as I'm just left waiting.
Ordered a package on December 3rd; it has been in Ireland since mid-December with no updates. I received a message late last night saying it was delivered, but there was no knock at the door, and nothing was found. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. Absolutely disgraceful service.
This is yet another negative review for the delivery service. I am redirecting my feedback from a retailer to their unreliable delivery partner. They were supposed to deliver before Christmas around December 10th. They claimed they attempted delivery but did not. After numerous emails and calls, I finally spoke to a pleasant representative who assured me it would arrive on the 20th. We waited, but as expected, there was no delivery. I’m sharing this experience on all social media to warn others. This service is not capable of fulfilling deliveries.
