Review Time
Two separate parcels from different online shops being shipped by GLS and have been sitting in the Dublin depot since the 19th December. Joke of a company. Anything else ordered that used a different shipping company was delivered in plenty of time for Xmas. No response to email, phone a waste of time as just left holding and they're not responding to the shops enquiries either.
Package ordered 3rd Dec.. in Ireland since mid December with no movment. Got a message last night at 10.30 to say it was delivered.. no call on door so checked wheelie bin and nothing was delivered. This was a Christmas present. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
Nothing but bad reviews for poor old GLS, and heres another.Im redirecting my review from MandM Direct to their atrocious delivery company GLS who are a disgrace...advice to all on line companies out there, please dont use this company to deliver your goods to your customers, as it will reflect badly on you.GLS were supposed to deliver prior to Christmas circa 10th Dec. They lied, saying they tried to deliver. Following numerous emails and phone calls put on hold...etc. I was on hold for over one hour... but finally got through to what appeared to be a nice gentleman who confirmed the package would be delivered on 20th between 2pm and 6pm.I thanked him and wished him a Merry Christmas...however too good to be true.... we waited in..again... but typical of GLS... Another no show!I'm highlighting this service on every social media platform available to alert others. GLS stands for..Grinch Lousy Service!!!... It's 30th Dec and still no show?Best if GLS were to try some other service. ..as they are not capable of delivering!!!!literally
I still don't understand why companies still use GLS as their transport partner. EVERY SINGLE TIME an order has been "delivered" with GLS, it has never arrived on time or it has had issues with their transport. Their Customer service system is also inexistent. No matter what options you pick, it will always end with "all our operators are busy call later" and they hang up on you. This has happened to me 5 times out of 5 times they have been the transport company... to the point that I have stopped buying from sites that use GLS as their transport company. I have passed on the feedback to those companies and they've said I'm not the only one who've provided the same feedback. Hopefully they'll stop using them.
