Worst company to deal with, the dont do anything to help, my package was for next day delivery, not a word from them..I rang them about 10 times the said nothing we can do just have to wait. The dont respond to emails sent about 10 and not one response.. Useless company dont use them. I wouldnt even give them one star.
I ordered a product on the 10th of November thinking it would be here in plenty time for Christmas. GLS received the item on the 12th. I was told to expect delivery on the 19th of November. I waited in the house all day so I didn’t miss the package and got an email saying the driver ‘attempted to deliver’ however there was no knock on the door, no message that the product was out to be delivered and no actual attempt to deliver. After I got in contact with GLS via email I was told that it would be out to me the next day. After two days I got in contact with them again via email and they asked me to reconfirm my address. I did so and then on their tracker website they edited the original ‘attempted to deliver’ to ‘error in address’. After a lot of back and forth via email I decided to call their customer service line to ask there. I was told that they had found th package and it would be out for delivery that week. After Christmas when I called again as I still don’t receive it I was told that they actually didn’t have my parcel and I would need to contact the seller to open a dispute with them. I contacted the seller who said since it was ‘lost in GLS system’ I’d need to reorder as they had lost the package. This gift was for someone who lives in America and was home for the holidays and by the time they get the product, loose it for two months and finally deliver the person will be in America. Very poor for GLS and I very much hope to never deal with them again.
Horrendous company. Their customer service doesn't exist. They don't answer any emails or phone calls. Their tracking system is garbage. It doesn't provide any information. I ordered something on the 2/12 and the broken parcel arrived 27 days later. Disgusting experience.
