Tracking facility very good and ontime but the addressing on the packaging confused your driver. I had to flag him down as he had parked down the street looking for the door number "1", I am infact "1B" and this street has numbers 1a to 1j listed.
I changed the delivery address 5 days before delivery and this change was acknowledged by DHL. Received email confirmation of delivery being made to the changed address on the day, but the package was delivered to the first (wrong address). I now have to pay for onwarding shipping. Poor Service.
