I got an email to say my parcel was delivered at 14:20 by GLS. I am in my house and nothing was delivered. Can you send me proof of delivery? Nobody rang the bell, nobody came into my driveway. This farce of a delivery service is becoming one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. MandM are complicit as you continue to use this service even though the ratings on TrustPilot are horrendous. Can you contact the courier service and get them to actually deliver the parcel? Get them to RING the doorbell or take a picture as proof of delivery.
I would give minus if I could. My item was shipped on 16th December it is now 29th December and is sitting in France. I was on hold for 45 mins trying to get through to customer service. They said they could not give me a delivery date and told me to google the France depot details and call them. When I asked to speak with a manager they said no and hung up. I explained this was a child’s Christmas gift but they really don’t care and have no information or cannot contact anyone else in the company to help track it down. Please stay away and don’t use this company!!!!
It is 29th December, my parcel was shipped on the 10th. It has been stuck for 5 days in France with no update at all. Now It is sitting in Ireland in their parcel centre for 8 days already. I've sent 4 emails to them but noone answered, tried to call them but it is also a dead end. Nothing better than late Christmas gift... that is if it'll ever arrive of course.
Virtually impossible to get through to customer service using the automated system, which I assume is deliberate because no one would design a system so bad for any other reason. When after several hundred attempts of getting through you actually speak to a human, they are completely unhelpful. Instructions ignored, almost impossible to organise any kind of delivery, how can a delivery company fail to deliver so badly?
