Absolutely useless service.I’ve been waiting for a parcel coming from Italy, a Christmas gift from my parents, which has been showing as “in Ireland – at GLS depot” since the 17th of December. It is now days later and I still have no parcel.I called GLS yesterday and was explicitly told it would be delivered yesterday or today. That was a lie. Nothing arrived. No update. No explanation.I also tried to contact them by email — surprise again, no reply at all. The depot appears closed and it’s impossible to speak to anyone, so once your parcel is stuck, you’re completely on your own.This level of service is beyond unacceptable, especially during Christmas. Zero communication, broken promises, and total disregard for customers. GLS is by far one of the worst courier services I’ve ever dealt with.Avoid at all costs.
