I've been playing since 2009 and finally decided to delete my account after 16 years. The presence of bullying, toxic individuals, and creepy behavior has taken a serious toll on my mental health. The chat rooms feel empty, and it's just not engaging like it used to be when I was younger. To any parents reading this, please reconsider letting your children play this game. There are many predators, and even when reported, the creators seem to take no action. Additionally, the creators appear more focused on profits, favoring VIP players, which is unfair to those of us who aren't VIP and struggle to earn coins daily. The service needs to improve.

MSP, why do you only implement updates that don't benefit the player community? Since you patched the previous features, I believe a significant portion of your player base will leave! Players were already bored, and now we have even less to do. Please fix your game and at least reinstate some features since we have nothing to engage with.

The game environment feels extremely unsafe for young players. There are many individuals who may pose a risk to children, along with rampant toxic behavior. I wouldn't want my child exposed to this. Previously, the creators seemed more open to player feedback, but that's no longer the case. The moderation and safety have deteriorated significantly over the years. It seems children's safety is being exploited for profit, with VIP and Top Up package prices much higher than before. As a long-time player, I'm deeply concerned.
I enjoy the game but often find it boring. It's not fair that VIP players receive so many perks and exclusive pets. The earlier version of the game was much more enjoyable because non-VIPs had more opportunities to play and earn pets without needing VIP status.
I've invested over €500–600 into my account, and now it's vanished due to a '90-day deletion rule.' I've reached out to the support team multiple times but only receive generic replies about 'protecting players.' How is this fair? I can provide proof of my payments, yet you refuse to restore my account or issue a refund. This is unacceptable; please address this!
