This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. I have a parcel stuck with them in my own city for ten days with no movement. If you order internationally, expect an endless wait, and they seem indifferent. Their email responses are generic and unhelpful. A month is an unreasonable wait for a delivery service.
This company is a disgrace. It has been three weeks since my order, and my package is still unaccounted for. It was sent to two different locations in France before arriving in Ireland on December 14th. There’s been no sign of delivery, and it’s a gift for Santa. I’ve emailed with no response and have called multiple times, only to hear a recording about being busy. Clearly, their phone lines are not operational. Zero deliveries and zero customer support. My child is likely to be disappointed on Christmas morning due to this service.
The worst delivery service out there. Customer service is nonexistent. I’m waiting for a parcel that was supposed to arrive on December 5th, but it never came. I tried calling with no success and emailing was equally futile. I contacted the supplier, and they have also tried to assist. The tracking keeps saying it’s in the warehouse. A terrible company to avoid at all costs.
I placed a costly order from overseas and specifically requested a signature upon delivery because of the item's value. However, the package was carelessly left at my front door, exposed for anyone to see and possibly steal, without any signature obtained. It seems the delivery driver may have faked a signature, as no one provided one. Absolutely unacceptable!
I received a confirmation regarding a parcel delivery, with tracking number 6304241333. However, I have not received the package at my address, and the provided photo indicates it was delivered to the wrong location. The image does not match my address, and I cannot identify who or where it was taken. Could you please assist me with this matter?
Worst delivery company ever ..customer service is non existent .Im waiting a parcel says should be here 5th December didnt arrive tried to call no use email no use .got on to supplier and they have trued ..keeps updating saying in warehouse such a bad company avoid at all cost
