If I could give no starving would

If I could give no starving would. Tracking says they tried to deliver even though I was home and there is no sign of them on ring doorbell. They don't respond to emails. My parcel was delivered to wrong address and I'm still waiting on it over a month later. Terrible service

Absolutely shocking service and then…

Absolutely shocking service and then customer service when I've followed up to find out where parcel is.They have a parcel which is a christmas present since 3rd of December. It was scanned to say it left france on 9th December and then no further scans. I get through to customer service today -after days of trying and sending emails. I'm told it has only left France today and the package will "probably" be another week - so after Christmas. No apology nothing, no understanding or consideration for Christmas. Terrible service and made to feel worse by lack of care on the other end of the phone!

I will never order anything from any company that has GLS as delivery company

This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen. I have a parcel stuck with them in the same country and city where I live, and it has been there for 10 with no action taken.The worst part is that if you order something from abroad, it takes forever to receive it, and they do not seem to care. If you email them, you only receive generic responses, they do not actually look into the issue. A month is not enough time for anyone to get a parcel if they will be responsible for delivering it.

Would rate minus 5 stars if I could

Company is a disgrace. Its 3 weeks now since ordering that I am still awaiting package. Sent to two different places in France before eventually arriving in Ireland on 14th Dec. No sign of it being delivered at all and its a santa gift. I have emailed- no response and I have rang multiple times and get met with a recording saying they are busy and to try again later. So they clearly have phone lines turned off. So zero deliveries and zero customer service. I'm sure my child won't be the only one disappointed Christmas morning because of this company.

Zero would be actually positive number…

Zero would be actually positive number so i would give them - 100 on scale 1 to 10. Absolute shocking service. Will never order again from shops that are using them.

Absolutely terrible! Tracking is not being updated plus you can’t even reach customer service over the phone . Delays with delivery. Very bad service.

Parcel has been in country for 6 days and no sign of it moving anywhere from tracking info. Sent email to customer service yesterday but have heard nothing back. Not optimistic about Christmas delivery, very disappointing

I played one of their games but it quit tracking. I tried their support with screenshots to prove I made it further but they were zero help. I don't even think they opened the screenshots.
