The day of delivery was changed at the…

The day of delivery was changed at the last minute and only notified after the driver had left. The time of the delivery was given between the two hour slot, for which appointments family had were amended to enable presence at home to take delivery. The driver then arrived at our location over an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the time and noone was present, but the parcel, despite oone available to sign for, was then left at the property.

driver came didnt even ring the door bell, i saw him on camera, by the time i came out he was leaving, i shouted him, and waved, he saw me and didnt even stop.... contacted dhl ecommerce, no one to speak to ... bad driver and no customer service

Says it’s been delivered

Says it’s been delivered. It’s not. First day it went out for delivery and said attempted when I waiting in all day. Second day waiting all day now had an email saying delivered. Checked doorbell camera and no vans on the street when attempted or delivered. Where is my parcel? Way to ruin Christmas DHL!
