Review Time
I left instructions so they didn't have to wait for a signature. I said to leave at my side door. There is no gate and access is simple but they left the parcel without signature on my front step which is in full view of anyone passing. Was disappointed in this.
The delivery person DID NOT even attempt to deliver to my home! I've got the ring history to prove it. I was a few metres away from the front door and would have heard a physical knock as well. The delivery email said 15:40 to 17:40 and I got a text stating that the parcel was ready to collect at a local shop at 16:10! It's all pretty shoddy! I get loads of deliveries from Royal Mail and Amazon and you are the second worse, just ahead of Evri who mess up delivery practically evri-time!
The consignment was delivered earlier than originally estimated, which was excellent. It was well within the window stated. The parcel was undamaged and sympathetically handled by the driver, who was courteous and friendly. All in all a great and impressive experience.
