Paid for fast and secure delivery but parcel was dropped at front door in pouring rain. By the time I arrived home parcel was soaking wet, including contents.

Delivered to the wrong address

Delivered to the wrong address, no way to contact the driver or the local depot so ended up having to track it down by myself based on the ‘proof of delivery’ photo sent to me, which showed an unfamiliar front door. Really stressful considering the value of the goods being delivered.
