This company is a complete disaster. It's laughable. My parcel has been out for delivery for the last four days, and I still haven't received it! It took only two days for the parcel to travel from Finland to Ireland, yet it has been stuck with the courier for two weeks. NEVER USE THEM FOR SHIPPING!
There is zero accountability for the responsibilities they've been assigned. I've received multiple emails stating my parcel was with the driver and out for delivery, but it was never delivered on those days. No communication was made about the delivery timing. When I say delivered, I mean the parcels were just dumped on my laneway. On one occasion, they were left outside in a storm without any notification. Other services like An Post, DPD, and FedEx manage to communicate their arrival, and they always deliver to my door. Moving forward, I will not order anything from anyone using this courier.
Honestly just amazing customer service. I reached not really expecting much, thinking I would get an AI response with no help. But I got an amazing response and they were super helpful, glad to see there’s still some good customer service out there! Thanks again guys
