Really think you should be able to give less than 1 star!!! When it's coming up to Christmas most other businesses will employ extra staff expecting that Christmas will be a busy period. As this is expected I don't think Christmas is a good enough reason for a delay. I had ordered a delivery from Germany. Parcel was dispatched on the 12th of December. Arrived in Ireland on the 17th. Emailed GLS on the 19th and to this day I have received no response to my email. I followed up a few times. I had ordered Petfood and I was going away on the 23rd to visit family and had needed the food for my pets while I was away. I contacted the supplier who was excellent at responding. I had to go out and buy other petfood to ensure I wasn't left short. The supplier even went so far as so say they would need to deem the parcel 'lost' and resend a new one out to me. It eventually arrived out on the 29th. I'm not sure GLS are aware that their role is to deliver parcels or customer service. both foreign concepts to them. Fastway used to be the worse couriers and now that they have gone bust the torch has been passed on to GLS. I have actually veered away from ordering from companies that openly list GLS as their courier service.
I have been reading the reviews and completely agree. I have reached out three times via email without any response, and calling yields no answer either. The seller I ordered from uses this unreliable courier service, and issues occur frequently. Packages arrive damaged, opened, and items are often missing. I’ve advised the seller to consider changing their courier. I placed my order on November 29th, and now it's December 12th—this is unacceptable. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. My parcel seems to have gone missing, and it’s infuriating that they appear indifferent. I hope everyone else can resolve their issues. Thank you.

The seller I ordered from uses this unreliable courier service. This is a frequent occurrence. Boxes are damaged, opened, and items go missing. I've suggested to the seller to switch courier services. I ordered on the 29th of November, and now it's the 12th of December. It's unacceptable. I doubt I'll receive my parcel, as it's gone missing. What frustrates me is their apparent indifference. I hope all fellow reviewers can resolve their issues. Thank you.
That was an amazing trip with SVS Chapora Cruise & Kayaking! Deeraj and Prakash here very attentive and explanation was properly made before onboarding. Prakash told a lot about Mangrove forest 🌳 and ecology of Goan area. We had passed really nice mangrove forest and kayaking experience was very smooth and enjoyable 🙌🙏😇
