Parcel not delivered as expected. The courier left it outside, behind the industrial units, with no effort to come onto our premises. Very careless. Without CCTV, we wouldn't have found it. We've had issues with several courier services lately. Paying for delivery but receiving only part of the service.
I just had an incredibly frustrating delivery experience. I ordered a rug with a promised delivery date of December 4th, but it never arrived. After waiting for days, I was informed it would come on the 8th, but no one showed up. Then I was told it would be delivered on the 9th, and again, nothing. I've been stuck at home waiting for a signature-required delivery. Now it's the 10th, and I'm still waiting. This level of service is unacceptable. I want to file a formal complaint and request a managerial response regarding my parcel's status as soon as possible.
I've encountered numerous issues with the courier for my workplace, and they continue to disappoint. I'm currently on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach customer service. This is my eighth call in a few weeks regarding a lost order that should have arrived over a week ago. Even when I finally connect, I haven't received any real assistance or resolution, and promised callbacks never happen. As a seller, I need to explore other options because this is unacceptable.
As a disabled person, I have a clear sign indicating I need extra time to answer the door and instructions for what to do if I'm not home. The courier rang the bell, but when I arrived a couple of minutes later, he had placed the parcel over a high gate. I had specified where to leave it. When I pointed out the notice, he claimed he hadn't seen it, then left muttering and ignored my questions. This was not a pleasant experience at all.
